Registration for the June 8-10 races is closed except for volunteers.

Entry fee includes tech shirt, boat (kayak for solos, canoe for 2 or 3-person team, 2 canoes per 4-person), paddle and life vest rental, $1,000+ of top finisher and raffle prizes, navigation clinic, and banquet with wedding-quality buffet ($20, at cost). We pay Caberfae for the buffet in exchange for use of their facilities (there are no other facilities like this in the area).

On a per-hour basis, and factoring in the buffet, canoe and shirt, the Michigan Adventure Race is one of the least expensive races of any kind in Michigan.

If you are serving or have served in the military, email us years and location of service for a 5% discount code.

You will pay for the team and include your teammate(s) emails. BikeReg will email your teammates and they will complete their own registrations and waivers.

18 Hours

Entry fee includes canoe(s), paddles and life vests. Three-person teams will use one canoe with the third person in the middle (on provided cushion or ideally, bring a seat). You MAY bring your own canoe and paddle gear. The entry fee is the same because the livery must stage your boat overnight and has the same transportation/labor costs

Transfers & Edits
If you created an account. Find the link in your email confirmation or sign in to your registration (if you registered last year under our old Snap system, contact us). Click on Transfer to the right of My Upcoming Events. Enter in the email address of the person receiving the transfer and click the button again. Once the email has been sent, the person receiving the transfer will need to go through the checkout process to receive the transferred registration, even though there is no charge. Once the transfer is successful the original participant will receive a confirmation email.

If you did not created an account. Go to the registration page and click “Contact Event” under the event name. Click on the Trying to Edit or Transfer Your Entry green box. On the next page, enter the email address that was used to register. An email will be sent to that address with a link to the page where edits and transfers can be made.

You must email us if you are transferring after registration closes (after Wednesday or Thursday of race week). We would much prefer to handle transfers by midnight Wednesday if at all possible.

You may defer your “base” race entry fee to next year’s race minus a $35 fee if you contact us by the Sunday before race day. The registration system will provide a credit code for a future race. We can fully refund any shirt or other merchandise purchases as well if done by that Sunday.

Full refunds are available in the case of a death in the family or military duty.
