We will still accept Camp Roger friends and staff as volunteers along with volunteers who will be bringing fatbikes for our bike challenge. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to register.
We are full for general public volunteers. Thanks for your interest and we hope you will consider volunteering at our Ludington or Caberfae races later this year.
Thanks for your interest in volunteering at the Winter Edition! Give back to the community by supporting recreational events, get involved and meet friends, or support a friend who is racing. Volunteers receive a free race shirt, pizza and chili lunch and $25 (more for longer shifts) off a future Michigan Adventure Racing event for themselves or an immediate family member.
The normal shift is from about 7:45 am until 12:45 pm. Normal/full shift volunteers are most often stationed at challenges to explain them to racers and punch their passports when they have completed the challenge. You may also come at 7:00 am to help with check in if you wish.
We may also have some set-up/morning shifts from 5:30 until 10:00 am. Volunteers help set up the start/finish area and get racers checked in.
Occasionally we need volunteers to help with early check in on Friday at Gazelle Sports Grand Rapids from 4:00-7:00 pm.
