Registration for the 2017 ArtPrize Edition is expected to open spring 2017.
Here’s what you need to register.
- Teammate (two-person teams only) and team name.
- Credit card. Sorry, online only.
- Race shirt size for you and your teammate.
- Emergency contacts and any pertinent medical information for you and your teammate.
- Age limits: 12 years+ and race with a parent up until age 18. Parents may contact us if you would like us to consider exceptions to this rule.
Entry Fee (to be updated early 2017)
On a per-hour basis, the ArtPrize Edition is one of the least expensive races in Michigan.
Early (until 7/1/17): $72 per person ($144 per team), includes lunch, shirt.
Regular (7/1-10/1/17): $79 per person ($158 per team), includes lunch, shirt.
Late (10/2-10/4/17): $79 per person ($158 per team), includes lunch but does NOT include shirt ($15 after race if available)
Family: children 13 and under race free with any two-person adult entry with at least one parent/guardian. Add shirt for $15 per child. Add lunch for $5 per child. Sign up as a two-person team (not including child 13 and under) with the word “family” behind each adult’s name. Just sign a waiver for your kid(s) at check-in.
If you are serving or have served in the military, email us dates and location of service for a 10% off discount code.
You must register all teammates under one registration.
Registration is now closed.
If you cancel up until the Sunday at midnight before the race, you may defer 100% of your race entry fee and shirt fee to next year’s race. When you are ready to register for your next race, we will provide you a discount code (based on this year’s entry fee, not including registration fee).
Full refunds are available in the case of a death in the family or military duty.
You may swap in a teammate right up until the day before the race. Contact us and we’ll ask you for some information for the new teammate.
If you decide the week of the race that you will not be racing and you ordered a shirt, you or a friend MUST pick up your shirt at check-in or we reserve the right to use it to fill shortages or give to volunteers. We cannot possibly know how many shirts to save for people who do not show up.
Email Mark VanTongeren, race director, if you need help.
